humming the tune “God is able.” The first thing I did was let it play, and now I can’t stop listening to it and praising our God!

How amazing is He? I couldn’t take this moment to appreciate who He is and what he’s done for me and not be humbled…He is greater than ALL else; He is strong and almighty.

He’s carried me over EVERY trial and tribulation.
He’s never left me alone.
He’s walked with me through fires and rough waters.
I am NOT of my own strength; never of my own strength.
God is STRONG.

Nothing stands in the way of me and my God.
Nothing stands in the way of His purpose for my life.
He will make a way,
He will go before me,
He will never leave me,
and He is FOR me, he has open arms, and he will never fail.

So whatever you may face today, remember that God is with you, and He is ABLE.

You stepped down into darkness

Hope of a life spent with You

Here I am to worship
Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You’re my God
You’re altogether lovely

This morning’s run lead me to various places, but it was God’s lead that was most important. The story in itself is much too much to explain at the moment, but I’m on my way to the hospital now to hopefully speak wisdom and truth and Love into the heart of a girl who so desperately needs it.

I don’t know what’s going to happen when I get there, but that’s not important. What’s important is remembering my promises to God that where ever he sends me I will go, and where ever he leads me I will follow. Not knowing what that entails, but trusting him enough to know it’s worth it. 

It’s an interesting lead for sure, but just as surely I am going.

Lord, I surrender it all to You. Do what You want with my life; where You send me I will go and where You lead me I will follow. Not my will, but Yours. All for You, my King, or all for nothing.
